a. How do I make a withdrawal?
In order to make a withdrawal request, simply go to www.XForex.com - and login to the platform using your user name and password. Once you are logged into your account, click on the withdrawal tab located on the top menu bar on the platform.
If you wish to make a withdrawal via credit card, choose the credit card option and follow the prompts.
If you wish to make a withdrawal via Bank Transfer simply fill in the withdrawal request form found (http://www.xforex.com/about-us/regulation) and send it to withdrawals@xforex.com. Should you face any difficulties please contact Customer Support.

 

b. How do I make a withdrawal using a credit card?

When making a withdrawal via credit card, you need to make sure of the following:

  • The credit card you are using for the withdrawal is the same credit card you have made the deposit with.
  • The amount you are withdrawing is the exact same amount or less as your deposit amount. Any excess amounts, that is profits must be withdrawn via bank transfer.
  • You have submitted all the required documents, including additional documents is required, and these have been approved.

c. How do I make a withdrawal via bank transfer?

In order to make a withdrawal via bank transfer, simply log into your trading account and click on the Withdrawal Request tab located at the top tool bar on your platform and follow the prompts. After you have filled in the requested details , you must sign it and send it back to us as instructed in the pop up window.

 

d. My withdrawal has been rejected. Why?
 

Withdrawal rejections may occur due to anyone of the following reasons:
1. You did not complete your registration process and provide XForex with all the required identification documents.
2. You have made a deposit with a new credit card, but did not forward the documents related to this new card.
3. You have previously accepted a bonus offer, but did not complete the required trading volume. Read Xforex Terms & Conditions for more information about the trading volume. 

 

e. I have sent all my documents and met all requirements mentioned above, but my withdrawal was still rejected. Why?

Once a withdraw has been rejected, the request is closed. If you sill wish to make a withdraw and have now met all the prerequisites as mentioned in above, you will need to submit a new withdraw request.

 

f. How long does it take before I can see the money in my account?
It takes up to 3-5 working days for XForex to process an approved withdrawal request. From this point onwards the length of the process depends on the Credit Card or particular Bank you engage with. The average process time in total, is normally around 10 working days [including process time of the financial institution]. Should you experience any delays, please contact us via chat or send an email to billing@xforex.com so we may provide further assistance.

 

g. I haven’t received my money. What do I do?

Note that credit card and bank transfers may take up to 10 working days on average. If the length of your wait exceeds this time span, please contact our customer support team, so we may follow up the payment.

 

h. Are there any fees involved with the withdrawal of funds?
XForex does not take any fees or commissions at any point in time.
This includes fees for withdrawals. Please note however, that your bank or credit card may apply their own fees.
