Proof of address
The address must correspond with the address you supplied on your application. This can be in the form of a utility bill, bank statement, lease or mortgage agreement. Please note that bills that have been received prior to 3 months ago cannot be accepted. Ensure the name on the bill, address and name of the company issuing the bill are all clearly visible.

Credit Card Deposits
Deposits made with a credit card require a copy of the credit card you used. The copy must clearly show the cardholder’s first and last name, the first 4 digits and last 4 digits on the card and a signature. Please ensure that your name appears on the card you use to fund your account. Withdrawals are only performed to the same venue of the funding

The CCV number on the back of the card should be hidden. This process must be repeated for every new card you use.
