Terms and Conditions - $500 Promotion

This offer is provided by ULTIMASS GLOBAL HOLDING INC., a private company registered under the laws of British Virgin Islands having its registered office at P.O.Box 71, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (hereinafter referred to as: the "Company") and yourself (hereinafter referred to as: "you" or "Customer") (In this Agreement the Company and you may be referred to collectively as the: "Parties").

The terms of this Agreement constitute a time limited addendum to the standard contractual terms and conditions currently in force between yourself and the Company, as displayed at the Company's web site (www.xforex.com), and their sole purpose is to detail the terms of the Company's time limited special offer The XForex Up To $500 Promotion Offer (hereafter referred to as the “offer”) is extended by the Company to the Customer, as detailed hereunder.

The offer provides to qualifying XForex customers a cash payment that will be credited to their registered XForex account upon registration. This payment "The Bonus Payment" will be awarded at a fixed rate of up to $500 of the value of the qualifying deposit made by the customer during the period of the promotion.

The precise amount awarded to the Customer will depend upon the value of the qualifying deposit the customer makes. In order to qualify for a cash payment of up to $500 from the Company the Customer is required to make a unique deposit with a minimum value of $100 and maximum value of $2,500.
Any and all cash payments made by the Company to the Customer within the offer period are solely redeemable by customers who fulfill a necessary condition 'the volume condition' detailed hereunder.
“A volume” is the total value of contracts traded in a set period of time as set below and counted only one time for each contract. In order to redeem the cash payment which the Company will supply, the Customer is required to meet the volume condition. The volume condition states that customers are required to undertake transactions in a volume which is 5000 times greater than the value of the qualifying deposit upon all deposits qualifying for a bonus payment of up to $500 in order to withdraw the bonus payment. There is no time limit against which this condition must be realized. However, any withdrawal of funds deposited with XForex by the Customer prior to the realization of this condition will be regarded as a material breach of the terms of offer detailed herein and will result in the discretionary payment made by the Company being invalidated. For the avoidance of any doubt, ANY withdrawal of any funds deposited with XForex by the Customer prior to the realization of the bonus condition on all qualifying deposits is a material breach of the terms of offer detailed herein and will result in the forfeiture by the Customer of all benefits and entitlements outlined herein. The maximum bonus that will be rewarded to an individual client is up to $500 .A client is unable to benefit from two separate promotions concurrently.

The terms of offer detailed herein are time limited. Upon receipt of the offer’s terms and conditions Customers are required to reply to the Company and state their desire to participate in the offer and no later than required by XForex.

The offer is provided at the sole and exclusive discretion of XForex and may be withdrawn by it at anytime without prior notification. XForex reserves the right to refuse admission to this promotion to whomever it so chooses, and on its own sole and exclusive discretion. It is hereby clarified that a clients who had been refused admission to this promotion hereby waive and shall have no claim and/or any remedy against the company.

It should be noted that any attempt to mislead or defraud the Company by any Customer, in any way whatsoever and at any time, shall entitle the Company to cancel all benefits awarded to such a Customer and the Company shall deduct any revenues accrued by the Customer during the Term in addition to the company’s privilege for indemnification.
Trading volume calculations and their derivatives such as bonus calculations etc will be base and calculated only in USD currency.

Bonus will be issued only upon receipt and verification of personal documentation as may be required, including (but not limited to) I.D and proof of address. Failure to provide required details and / or failure to satisfactory prove identification may result in unilateral cancellation of the entitlement to the bonus.
The terms of this Agreement constitute a time limited addendum to the standard contractual terms and conditions currently in force between yourself and the Company, with respect only to the subject matter detailed herein. The standard terms of the contractual agreement between the Company and yourself, supersedes the terms of this Addendum for all intents and purposes.

BY REGISTERING AND/OR USING COMPANY’S SERVICES, YOU CONFIRM AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF USE AND END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, THAT YOU UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT, AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
